 The next time you see the following Captains, be sure to congratulate them on a ‘job well done’ - passing the United States Coast Guard OUPV Captain’s License Exams.

Their hard work of attending three weekends of 10 hour days and studying paid off handsomely with each of them passing the exam modules on the 1^st run.  This is not easily accomplished.  The Test Proctor commented that having everyone pass the exam without having to re-test is very unusual.

A special thanks to Garret Pensel and Jeff Andrews of Tidewater Marina for allowing the use of their new building’s 3^rd floor as the venue for the classroom and for their help in the coordination of this Program.
